Victory Venkatesh and Varun Tej are teaming up for the first time for a comic entertainer titled F2: Fun and Frustration. Anil Ravipudi is the director and Tamannaah, Mehreen are the heroines. Story:

F2 is the story of two youngsters Venky (Venkatesh) and Varun Yadav (Varun Tej) who are quite different and have different lives. While Venky gets married to Haarika (Tamannaah) and despite of Venky’s warning, Varun gets engaged to Honey (Mehreen), Haarika’s sister. The duo gets frustrated and flies to Europe leaving the sisters. Haarika and Honey have different plans and the rest of F2 is all about how the four unite back winning their love. Venkatesh is back with a bang and his vintage acts impressed the audience big time. The actor carries the film with his comic timing which is a treat for all the sections. Varun Tej looks apt and he surprises the audience with his Telangana accent. Tamannaah and Mehreen are treats to watch and their glamorous acts will leave the audience in splits. Prakash Raj and Rajendra Prasad impress the audience big time with their comic timing. All the other actors are impressive.

F2 has no strong plot and is laced around the fun and frustration between two pairs that happen among the common people. The screenplay and dialogues are the major highlights of the film. The music and background score have been ok and the cinematography work has been top notch. The production values look grand and Anil Ravipudi does it again with his sensible comic timing.

Verdict:

F2 is one of the finest comic entertainers in the recent times and will impress all the sections of audience. Venky and Varun Tej are a treat.
