Mega hero Varun Tej is doing films that are a right mix of commercial elements and experiments. The young actor is busy with the shoot of his next film titled Valmiki. Harish Shankar is the director and Pooja Hegde is the female lead. Valmiki releases during September this year and is produced by 14 Reels Plus. The actor is in talks for a sports drama and Varun Tej essays the role of a boxer.
Kiran Korrapati is all set to make his directorial debut with this sports drama. Varun Tej was not convinced with the final draft of script and decided to walk out of the project. As of now the project is shelved and Varun Tej is in talks for couple of other projects which will be finalized and announced soon.
