TS Gets Most Promising State award

Telangana State has another feather in its crown. The State was elected for the ‘Most Promising State’ award as part of CNBC TV 18 India business leaders awards. IT and Panchayat Raj Minister K T Rama Rao will receive the award at a programme in Delhi on August 30. Expressing happiness over the award, KTR said the award is a proof for the government’s sincere work. He said winning the award for the second time will increase the government’s reputation.

CNBC Group has been presenting this award to those who show extra ordinary business attitude and marketing skills for the past 11 years. The Telangana government was selected for the award for its advanced transparent schemes.

Central Finance Minister Arun Jaitely will be the chief guest at the awards presentation programme. It is reported that a panel discussion will be held on the occasion with Central Ministers Prakash Javadekar, Ravisankar Prasad, Smriti Irani and Nirmala Sitaraman participating.
