When the Congress is fighting against the water agreements between Telangana and Maharashtra governments, Telangana Congress leader Jana Reddy’s positive comments towards TRS created confusion among the leaders. The Jana Reddy issue is bound to become the hot topic in today’s CLP meeting.
Telangana Assembly will discuss GST bill, along with other issues on Tuesday. Telangana Congress Legislature Party (TCLP) is planning to discuss counter actions. T-Congress leaders are stunned when the TCLP leader Jana Reddy stated that they have not made any agreements with Maharashtra government in the past.
The main discussion would be on Jana Reddy’s statements favouring the government’s policies on Telangana projects during the CLP meeting. Former MP and AICC secretary V Hanumantha Rao made a complaint against Jana Reddy to State Affairs in-charge Digvijay. He mentioned in the complaint that Jana Reddy is ruining their efforts to regain the party’s lost glory.
The T Congress leaders lamented that Jana Reddy’s statement favouring the TRS government incurred loss to them when they are getting good response from the public.
