It is known news that the high profile irrigation projects of Telangana namely Palamuru lift and Dindi projects have been controversial from the beginning. The challenges are many for these two.
Recently the matter came to Supreme Court which ordered that they cannot be built unless there is explicit permission of the Apex council. Andhra Pradesh claims this is a victory.
At the same time, even Telangana government has been claiming victory that very soon it will be approved by the council and hence it is good news for them as well!
