Ilayathalapathy Vijay pinned all his hopes on his next film titled Sarkar. AR Murugadoss is the director and Keerthy Suresh is the female lead. The movie has been announced for a wide release on November 6th in Telugu and Tamil languages. The movie landed into a legal trouble after a writer Varun Rajendran accused AR Murugadoss of stealing his script.
Varun Rajendran revealed that he penned a script named Sengol which has been registered with South Indian Writers Association (SWAN) in 2007. He filed a petition accordingly and the court is expected to reveal their decision soon. Varun wants credits for the story and a pay cheque of Rs 30 lakhs. Sun Pictures are the producers.
