Despite the talk that the reviews are not encouraging and a weak content there are reports that Venkatesh’s “Babu Bangaram” is doing really well marking the end of its first weekend.

The film has grossed more than 10 crores share worldwide within the first 3 days. The film has earned more than 3 crores in Nizam and about 1.5 crores in ceded areas.

The film is being seen as a form of rehash of “Nirnayanam” and was criticized by the critics for poor content. On the other hand “Thikka” seems to be a total washout at the box-office.
