Victory Venkatesh is all set to step into the shoes of Asuran remake. The film that featured Dhanush in the lead role received critical acclaim and ended up as the biggest hit in Dhanush’s career. Suresh Babu along with Kalaipuli S Thanu will produce the film in Telugu. Suresh Babu held a series of screenings for several directors of Telugu cinema in Ramanaidu Studios from the past one week.
As per the update, Hanu Raghavapudi who delivered a series of flops in the recent times has been finalized to direct Asuram remake. Omkhar, Venkatesh Maha (C/O Kancharapalem director) and Hanu Raghavapudi are considered to helm Asuran remake. Hanu was finalized and he will start working on the project from next week. There are talks that the regular shoot of this remake starts from January 2020.
