Positives:

Vijay Devarakonda
Interval Bang
Background Score

Negatives:

Second Half
Boring narration
Lifeless political drama
Lacks commercial elements
Happens on a flat note

Performances:

Vijay Devarakonda is a treat for his fans and his body language, attitude and dialogue delivery will thoroughly entertain the audience. He has been fit in the role of a confused youngster who is unaware of politics. Mehreen plays a journalist and has limited screen presence. Nassar has been perfect and he does it with utmost perfection. Satyaraj is a treat to watch and he delivers one more top notch performance in the film. All the other actors have been good in the roles assigned.

NOTA has a lean plot and is lacks the much needed soul in this political drama. The screenplay and dialogues have been below par and makes no impact. The music looks ok and the background score looks good. The cinematography work and the editing have been decent. The production values look lavish and some of the episodes have been well shot. Anand Shankar fails to create the magic with Vijay Devarakonda as the film has nothing new and interesting in content.

Verdict:

NOTA is a huge disappointment from Vijay Devarakonda and the film falls flat as it offers nothing new, interesting and elevating. Vijay Devarakonda has been extremely wasted.
