TDP president and Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu seems to have received the much awaited and also the much expected reprieve from the Hyderabad High Court regarding the cash-for-vote case.
The High Court of Hyderabad has reportedly stayed the orders which were given by the ACB Court regarding a fresh re-investigation into the cash-for-vote case, as the audio tapes contain alleged conversation of Naidu with nominated MLA Elvin Stephenson.
His support was requested for the TDP nominee during the MLC elections in June 2015.Well in a way Naidu has escaped the latest interrogation by the ACB! It has to be seen how long this would continue.
