TDP chief and Andhra Pradesh CM N Chandrababu Naidu is leaving no stone unturned to leverage the superb performance of badminton star P V Sindhu in the recent Olympics and securing the silver medal.
He had claimed that it was due to his help for her coach Pullela Gopichand at Gachibowli that Sindhu could perform so well Olympics. Gopichand has a badminton academy in that area.
However former Congress MP G V Harsh Kumar, said that it was not Babu but his successor late Y S Rajasekhar Reddy who had extended maximum support to Gopichand for starting the academy.
