It is a known fact that Chandrababu Naidu government created big hype over the shifting of capital functions from Hyderabad to Amaravati by June 27. The arrangements also happened on a war footing at that time.
There were instructions for all the employees, ministers based in Andhra Secretariat at Hyderabad to compulsorily shift for the temporary Secretariat complex coming up at Velagapudi.
There are reports now that few chambers in this new complex are reportedly being demolished and this has come even before they could actually start functioning. This has surprised many and some are criticising on this poor planning.
