Superstar Rajinikanth is all set with his next film titled Petta. The film is said to be a stylish action thriller and is directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The film also features Vijay Sethupathi, Simran, Trisha, Bobby Simha, Sasikumar, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Megha Akash in other crucial roles. The post-production work of the film is currently on and the makers kick-started the promotions today on the eve of Superstar Rajinikanth’s birthday.

The makers released the first teaser of Petta today and it has been aimed for cult Rajinikanth’s fans. They will be left thrilled with the mannerisms and stylish presence of Rajinikanth. The actor shines in two different looks and the background score elevates the entire episode well. Anirudh is the music composer and Sun Pictures are the producers. The film has been slated for Sankranthi 2019 release.
