Media tycoon and veteran Ramoji Rao is very well known in Indian media business and political circle. Ramoji who has very strong hold in dictating politics at the state and national level behind the screen is also well known as “RAJA GURUVU”.
He is victorious in running and managing the political wheel for last three and half decades in Telugu politics. The veteran media tycoon showed remark full impact on every election that was held in united Andhra Pradesh and continued even after separate statehood. In 2014 election it was believed that Ramoji played a key role in the development of the alliance between Janasena supremo Pawan Kalyan, TDP, and BJP.
Ramoji and Pawan have been maintaining close relations from 2014 elections and the same thing is visible by media coverage from Eenadu group owned by Ramoji for functions and political meeting attended by Janasena supreme in the last two years. Pawan presence in functions of ETV group and seen seating beside Ramoji and having a private chat with media mogul has raised the eyebrows of many political analysts.
But the recent incident has raised the question of widening the gap between Pawan and Ramoji relations. The pre-release function of Pawan’s latest movie was attended by NTV chief Narendra Chowdary and TV9 Ravi Prakash and praised Pawan behavior and attitude.
Political pundits now believe the recent developments are due to the fact that Pawan is going for solo battle in 2019 election and since Eenadu is not going to support Pawan when its ace partner in terms of priority is always for TDP. Pawan is making serious efforts to get powerful media support. In the process, Ravi Prakash is planning to come out of TV9 and expect to start a news channel with Narendra Chowdary.
The political talk now is that NTV group is going to give a strong support to Janasena in 2019 election and NTV has already started airing the shows in support to Pawan and Janasena.
