Sai Tej tasted as many as six disasters in a row. The actor has all his next film Chitralahari, a rom-com which is releasing across the world today. Kishore Tirumala is the director and Kalyani Priyadarshan, Nivetha Pethuraj are the heroines. Mythri Movie Makers are the producers and Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer. Story:

Soon Lahari calls it a quit and Vijay’s hurdles reach new heights. It is during this time, he meets Chitra (Nivetha Pethuraj), an investment banker who starts hunt for an investor for his device ‘Accident Alert System’. The rest of Chitralahari is all about the speed breakers, pain and how Vijay wins his love and succeeds in career. Watch Chitralahari to know about what happens next.
Positives:
Entertainment and Performances
First Half
Production Values
Climax
Music and Background score
Negatives:
Predictable Narration
Second Half
Slow Pace
Performances:
Sai Dharam Tej stuns in a new look and his performance is the major highlight of the film. His character looks well designed and presented on screen. Kalyani Priyadarshan is the other major highlight of Chitralahari. She stuns everyone with her looks and performance. Nivetha Pethuraj has a classy role assigned and she did it with perfection. Vennela Kishore and Sunil bring loud smiles in the auditorium. Posani Krishna Murali looks good and all the other actors sound impressive.
Chitralahari has no exciting and impressive plot. The screenplay looks decent and the dialogues make a good impact. The first half of Chitralahari looks good but second half loses the track. The music and the background score supports the film well. The cinematography work is the other highlight of Chitralahari and the production values are grand. Kishore Tirumala falls short of expectations because of the lost second half.
Verdict:
Chitralahari is decent when compared to Tej’s past disasters. The entertainment, music, and performances make the film passable.
