Syeraa is the big budget film of Megastar Chiranjeevi which is a periodic drama and is based on the life story of freedom fighter Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy. Surendar Reddy is the director and Nayanthara is the female lead. The film’s shoot is taking place on a snail pace and the budget estimated is already crossed and Megastar imposed a strict deadline for Surendar Reddy revealed a close source to the movie unit.

Going with the latest news, there are talks that the film will not release this year and is pushed to Sankranthi next year. The entire shoot of Syeraa will be wrapped up by June this year and the makers need ample time for the post-production work to be wrapped up. Though there are talks that the film may release during Dasara, the latest update says that the release of Syeraa is pushed. Amitabh Bachchan, Jagapathi Babu, Vijay Sethupathi and Kicha Sudeep will be seen in other crucial roles. Konidela Production Company is producing Syeraa.
