Megastar Chiranjeevi is busy with his magnum opus Syeraa which is currently under shoot. Surendar Reddy is the director and Nayanthara is the heroine. The makers wrapped up half of the shoot till date and some crucial action stunts have been wrapped up from the film. Though the film has been initially planned for 2019 release, the latest developments reveal that it may not release next year.

With half of the shoot left and ample time needed for post-production work, the makers are keen on releasing Syeraa during Sankranthi 2020. Amitabh Bachchan, Jagapathi Babu, Kicha Sudeep and Vijay Sethupathi will be seen in other pivotal roles in Syeraa. Konidela Production Company are the producers of this magnum opus.
