Talented actress Samantha Akkineni is all excited after she has been picked up for a special role in Nagarjuna’s upcoming movie Manmadhudu 2. Directed by Rahul Ravindran, the shoot of the film is in final stages and will release this August. Samantha flew to Portugal to wrap up her portions of shoot. Samantha will have 5 minutes role in the film and she charged nothing for the film.
Nag was very much impressed with the episode and he even revealed the news on his twitter. The latest update is that Nag paid a pay cheque of Rs 35 lakhs for Samantha which left her in surprise. Though she initially did not accept the cheque, Nag convinced her and offered the cheque. Samantha wrapped up the shoot of Oh Baby which is slated for July 5th release. Nandini Reddy is the director and Suresh Productions bankrolled the film.
