Superstar Mahesh Babu is shooting for Maharshi, a high voltage emotional drama that is all set for release during the end of April. Vamshi Paidipally is the director and Pooja Hegde is romancing Mahesh Babu in Maharshi. Soon after this, Mahesh will team up with young and talented director Anil Ravipudi for a mass entertainer. The regular shoot of this film commences from the mid of June and will release during Sankranthi next year.

Going into the news, Mahesh is said to have been charging Rs 50 crores as remuneration for this film. He will hold the satellite, Hindi dubbing and the digital rights of the film as remuneration which are equal to Rs 50 crores. This is the highest ever remuneration for any Telugu actor till date and Mahesh is all set for a new record with Anil Ravipudi’s film. Dil Raju and Anil Sunkara will jointly produce this prestigious project. Sai Pallavi is rumored to play the heroine in this untitled film.
