Superstar Rajinikanth ‘s latest film Kabali has reportedly performed below the expectations during its opening week at the Bollywood box office.
Sources say that Kabali Hindi version garnered about 21 crores for first week. Rajnikant’s Robot made 22 crore six years ago but Kabali had good hopes due to the price it was sold for.
Since Hindi version was sold for Rs 35 crores, now it will be a challenge to reach the final figure and get into profits zone! Some say lack of proper publicity led to this result.
