NTR’s biopic was made on a prestigious mode by Nandamuri Balakrishna and he produced the film on his own banner NBK Films. After the first installment NTR – Kathanayakudu ended up as a dud, Balakrishna and Krish are quite careful and cautious about the release of the second installment NTR – Mahanayakudu. They made ample changes and shot them recently. The post-production work of the film is currently in final stages.

As per the latest update, the first copy of NTR – Mahanayakudu is expected to be ready by the end of this month. The makers are keen on screening the film for AP Chief Nara Chandra Babu Naidu and make changes as per his suggestions. Else the release date of NTR – Mahanayakudu will be announced. NBK Films are the producers. As per the update, NTR – Mahanayakudu will release during the first week of March.
