Akhil Akkineni needs a massive hit to stand in the race and he tasted three back to back disasters. The actor is preparing for his fourth film that will be produced by Allu Aravind on Geetha Arts. Bommarillu Bhaskar is in race to direct this untitled film which is a family entertainer. Kiara Advani is initially considered to romance Akhil in the film but she could not allot her dates.

The makers felt that Rashmika Mandanna would do justice for the role and approached her. She loved the script and the talks are in advanced stages. An official announcement will be made about this project during the end of this month. The regular shoot will start from May and the makers are in plans to release the film during the end of this year. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director.
