King Nagarjuna is left with a series of debacles in Telugu cinema. Despite of trying several genres, the actor could not taste success. He is on a break and he recently wrapped up the shoot of his next film Brahmastra. Amitabh Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor are the lead actors in this Bollywood film that will release next year. Tamil actor Dhanush narrated a script to Nag and it impressed the actor.

The movie has been planned to roll from November but it got delayed. Sri Thenandal Films who came on board to produce this big budget periodic drama were not convinced with the final draft and they shelved the project. Dhanush too decided to keep the project on hold and moved on to his next. Nag who was roped in to play a crucial role in the film will move to his next Telugu film that will roll early next year.
