Superstar Kamal Haasan and Shankar are teaming up after two decades for Indian 2 which is the sequel for their super hit film Indian. Kamal will be seen in a never seen new look and some Hollywood technicians are imported for his looks. Lyca Productions who produced Shankar’s 2.0 recently will produce the film, wanted Shankar to quote the estimated budget of Indian 2 but Shankar who is not habitual of this refused the proposal made by the makers. Lyca Productions decided to back out of the project.

Now Shankar started his hunt for a production house to produce the film after Lyca walked out of the project. The shoot of the film is kept on hold as of now informed a source. Kajal is the heroine in Indian 2 and Anirudh Ravichander is the music composer. Lyca Productions who produced 2.0 lost big amount despite of the film ending up as a decent grosser. Shankar is said to have hefty amounts on the film.
