Megastar Chiranjeevi is on a break from the past one year after which he started shooting for his next film Syeraa which is said to a periodic drama. Surendar Reddy is the director of the film and Nayanathara is the female lead. Megastar’s look has been kept under wraps and the first schedule of the film has been wrapped up recently. There are strong talks across the Filmnagar that Megastar is completely unhappy with the work of Surendar Reddy and he is in plans to replace him. There are even talks that top directors like Vinayak and Gunasekhar are considered for the film.
The latest news we hear is that Megastar Chiranjeevi personally met veteran director K Raghavendra Rao for the project and asked him to direct this periodic drama. However K Raghavendra Rao showed no interest and he straight away rejected the offer. He said that he is in no mood of directing any movies currently. Megastar and Ram Charan discussed about the replacement of Surendar Reddy recently informed a source. Konidela Production Company is producing the film which has been announced for 2019 release.
