Akhil Akkineni has been shattered with back to back debacles and he pinned many hopes on his next film titled Mr Majnu. The film is a romantic entertainer that is directed by Venky Atluri and most of the film has been shot in London. Nidhhi Agerwal is the heroine and Mr Majnu released across the globe on January 25th across the globe. The film opened well on Friday but the collections dropped down during the weekend.

Mr Majnu remained low during the weekdays and the film ended up as the third disaster in a row for Akhil. Mr Majnu collected a theatrical share of Rs 12.30 crores in its final run and ended up as a disaster. The film’s theatrical rights have been valued at Rs 22 crores.
