India’s Flamboyant liquor king Vijay Mallya was arrested on Monday by Scot Land Yard police in London and subsequently the court has given him conditional bail within three hours of his arrest. India has been constantly appealing UK government authorities to handover Mallya who flied to UK after he failed to clear the bank dues
