India’s Flamboyant liquor king Vijay Mallya was arrested on Monday by Scot Land Yard police in London and subsequently the court has given him conditional bail within three hours of his arrest.
India has been constantly appealing UK government authorities to handover Mallya who flied to UK after he failed to clear the bank dues worth INR 9000 crores.
Mallya Lawyers had appealed the court that he is willing to settle the bank dues for INR 6000 crores. Mallya had lost most of the wealth by entering into Airline business with Kingfisher Airlines.
