Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma needs a massive hit to bounce back. His recent film Lakshmi’s NTR made enough noise but the film ended up as a dud. The ace director is back with the announcement of his next project titled Cobra. Ram Gopal Varma along with Agasthya Manju will direct the film and RGV is making his debut as an actor. He plays an intelligence officer in Cobra and RGV released the first look poster today.

The film is based on the life story of most dangerous criminal ever. MM Keeravani is composing the music in Cobra and RGV Gunshot Films are the producers. Cobra will be shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi languages. KG is playing the lead role and the film will release during the end of this year. More details to be announced soon.
