Superstar Mahesh Babu is one actor who enjoys huge fan base across over circles. The actor is all set to test his luck with Maharshi, a high voltage action and family entertainer that is in final stages of shoot. Vamshi Paidipally is the director and Pooja Hegde is the heroine. The makers today closed the overseas deal for a record price. Great India Films that distributed super hit films of Mahesh like Athadu, Pokiri and Bharat Ane Nenu bagged the rights.
The overseas deal has been closed for a record price of Rs 12.5 crores excluding expenses. This is a huge price and the movie should make 3.75 million USD to enter into breakeven zone. Pooja Hegde is the heroine and Devi Sri Prasad is the music director. Allari Naresh and Jagapathi Babu will be seen in other crucial roles in Maharshi. Produced by Dil Raju, PVP and Ashwini Dutt, Maharshi releases on May 9th across the world.
