Talented actress Anushka is on a roll after a break for a year. She lost huge weight after which she returned back to films. Anushka played a small but crucial role in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming release Syeraa which completed shoot. Surendar Reddy is the director and Nayanthara is the female lead. As per the update, Anushka played the role of Rani Lakhsmibai, the queen of Jhansi in this periodic drama.
Not only having interesting episodes, Anushka even narrates the entire story of Syeraa. She was extremely impressed with the script and her role after which Anushka signed the film. She is currently in USA shooting for Silence which will release next year. Syeraa is made on a massive budget of Rs 200 crores and will release during October. Ram Charan bankrolled the movie and Amitabh Bachchan, Jagapathi Babu, Kicha Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi played other crucial roles.
