Bubbly actress Samantha scored back to back hits in a row this year. The actress tested her luck recently with U Turn and her performance received thumping response from the audience. Samantha after a small vacation is back to work and is teaming up with Naga Chaitanya for Majili which started rolling recently. The movie is directed by Shiva Nirvana and the film will release during the first quarter of next year.
The latest update is that the actress has been approached for a mythological role in her next film which will start rolling next year. Award winning director Bhargav will direct this socio fantasy flick and Samantha will play Soorpanaka in the movie. Kajal Aggarwal was initially considered for the role but she walked out of the project after which Samantha has been approached. The actress is quite excited about the role.
