Natural Star Nani after two back to back debacles took a break and he started shooting for his next film titled Jersey. A sports drama by genre, the movie is directed by Gautam Tinnanuri and Nani plays a cricketer in the film. Jersey features Shraddha Srinath in the heroine’s role. The film will be made on a massive budget and is expected to release during the first half of next year.
Nani is said to have taking no remuneration for the movie and he will share the profits for the film. With the budget turning expensive, Nani will be sharing the profits instead of taking a pay cheque home. Anirudh Ravichander is the music composer and Sithara Entertainments are the producers.
