Nandamuri Balakrishna is testing his luck with his next film which has been titled Jai Simha. KS Ravikumar is the director of the film and Nayanathara, Hari Priya and Natasha Doshi are the female leads. Jai Simha has been made on a massive budget and the theatrical rights of the film have been sold out for a record price all over. Chiranthan Bhatt composed the tunes and the theatrical rights have been sold out for Rs 27 crores. The total rights of Jai Simha fetched Rs 38.5 crores which is decent for the budget on which the film has been made.
