Akkineni’s youngster Akhil Akkineni has been finding it tough to taste success. After a disastrous debut like Akhil, the actor tested his luck after two complete years with the film Hello which is said to be a romantic entertainer. Vikram Kumar directed the movie and Kalyani Priyadarshan played the female lead. The movie released during the Christmas season and it could impress just a section of audience. Analysts reveal that it is quite tough for the film to enter safe zone. Akhil moved on to his next project.
Nagarjuna wanted a top director from Tollywood to direct Akhil’s next and there are rumors that names like Koratala Siva, Boyapati Srinu and Trivikram Srinivas are considered for the film. With all the top directors occupied with many films, Tamil director Atlee recently met Akhil and narrated a script. The film is currently in pre-production and the regular shoot would kick-start next year. Atlee is penning the final draft and a top production house will bankroll this project.
