Aakashavaani gained prominence after SS Rajamouli’s son SS Karthikeya joined the project. Karthikeya floated his own production house and is bankrolling Aakashavaani. The film will mark the directorial debut of Ashwin Gangaraju with this action thriller which will start rolling early next year. The movie will be made on a strict budget of Rs 4 crores.

As per the latest news Malayalam Superstar Mohanlal is in talks to play the lead roles and an official announcement would be made once things are finalized. The other lead actors are being picked up and Kaalabhairava will compose the music and background score. Aakashavaani will release during the second half of 2019.
