Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa passed away on December 5th 2016 and left the entire Tamil Nadu in deep shock. Soon a bunch of biopics on her have been announced and are yet to start rolling. One among them have been titled ‘The Iron Lady’ and Priyadhaarshini, a protege of talented director Mysskin has been roped in to direct the biopic.

On the eve of the second death anniversary of Jayalalithaa, the makers released the look of the leading actress Nithya Menen. The actress surprised everyone in the look and she looked exactly the same as Jayalalithaa. The film’s formal launch will take place this month and the regular shoot commences early next year.
