After the sudden demise of Tamil Nadu Ex-Chief Minister Jayalalithaa, Tamil Nadu has been left in shock. A series of films have been planned on the life story of Jayalalithaa and one among them has been titled ‘The Iron Lady’. The makers announced the film’s title along with the first look and Priyadarshini has been roped in to direct the prestigious project which is currently in pre-production stages.
Nithya Menen has been roped in to play Jayalalithaa in the film and the actress confirmed about the film during her recent interview. Nithya revealed that she is currently preparing herself for the role and the regular shoot will commence next year. Papertale Pictures will produce ‘The Iron Lady’ that will release during the end of 2019.
