Kamal Haasan announced that he would join hands with sensational director Shankar for Indian 2. The movie is the sequel for Indian and the film has been announced in Taiwan last year. Shankar is currently busy with the post-production work of 2.0 after which he will start his work for Indian 2. Shankar’s team is currently busy penning the script and the pre-production work is currently on. The regular shoot of Indian 2 will commence from next year.
Made on a massive budget, Shankar is in plans to rope in a Bollywood Superstar to play a crucial role as the film needs a pan Indian appeal. The movie will be shot mostly in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad in specially erected sets. Lyca Productions will produce Indian 2 which will release during the end of this year.
