Veteran filmmaker, writer and director Kodi Ramakrishna is one of the best technicians of Telugu cinema. The top director went on to direct over 100 films in Telugu alone and directed films in all the neighboring South Indian languages. Kodi Ramakrishna is unwell from some time and he is suffering with lung cancer from the past few months. After he struggled with breathing issues, Kodi Ramakrishna was rushed to a hospital couple of days ago.

Kodi Ramakrishna brethed his last today after and Tollywood mourned with the sudden demise of this legendary director. He was on ventilator for over a day and his health worsened today after which he passed away. The last rites of Kodi Ramakrishna will take place tomorrow. May his soul rest in peace.
