Vikram’s son Dhruv Vikram is roped in to play the lead role in the remake of Arjun Reddy. The film was titled Varmaa and Bala directed the remake. However Vikram was left in shock after he watched the first copy and decided to scrap the project instead of releasing it. He decided to make the film with a bunch of fresh team. Gireesaaya, a protege of Sandeep Vanga is roped in to direct the project which will start rolling soon.

The movie is now titled Adithya Reddy and the makers released the first look poster of the film. Bollywood beauty Banitha Sandhu has been roped in as the female lead in the film. Top technicians like Ravi K Chandran and Radhan are roped in for Adithya Reddy. E4 Entertainments are the producers and the film releases during the end of this year.
