Anushka Shetty has been away from films for two years. The actress is all set to test her luck with Nishabdham, a racy action thriller that is shot in the USA and is made on a massive budget. Hemanth Madhukar is the director and R Madhavan, Anjali, Srinivas Avasarala, Subbaraju, Shalini Pandey played other crucial roles. The film has been announced for January 31st release across the globe in Telugu, Hindi, English, Tamil and Malayalam languages.

The post-production work of Nishabdham got delayed because of which the release date of Nishabdham is pushed. The film will now hit the screens on February 20th during Shivarathri holiday season. Gopi Sundar composed the music and Anushka plays a mute artist in Nishabdham. People Media Factory and Kona Film Corporation bankrolled the film.
