Powerstar Pawan Kalyan pinned many hopes on his recent outing Agnyaathavaasi which has been made on a massive budget and has been directed by Trivikram Srinivas. The film carried huge expectations and is one among the most awaited Telugu films. The buyers invested huge on the film and planned big releases considering the Sankranthi season ahead. Trade analysts predicted that Agnyaathavaasi will completely dominate during the season and will turn out to be the first option for Sankranthi.
Leaving everyone in shock, the film has been badly rejected by the audience from all the corners. After a decent first day, the collections dropped by huge margin and the film is racing towards a disaster. The second day collections have been extremely low and even Pawan’s fans have been not showing interest to watch the film because of the poor word of mouth. The makers have been left in shock with the day two figures and with two releases Jai Simha and Gang tomorrow, we have to wait and see how will Agnyaathavaasi perform amidst tough competition.
