The actor recently wrapped up the shoot for NTR in which he is playing Chandra Babu Naidu in the film. The latest update says that the actor has been roped in to play the lead role in a periodic drama that has a cute love story. The film has been titled Virata Parvam 1992 and the regular shoot will start early next year.
Sai Pallavi has been roped in to romance Rana in this periodic drama. The actress signed the film long ago and Venu Udugula is the director. Though names like Nani and Sharwanand are considered for the lead role, Rana Daggubati has been finalized. The pre-production work is currently on and more details to be announced soon. Sai Pallavi wrapped up the shoot of Padi Padi Leche Manasu which will release in December.
