SS Rajamouli worked for five complete years for his magnum opus Baahubali. The movie released in two instalments and ended up as a massive hit all over. Prabhas, Rana Daggubati and Anushka played the lead roles in this periodic drama which has been bankrolled by Arka Media Works. Surprisingly the movie missed the Oscar entry recently and Bollywood film Newton has been finalized for the list of foreign films.
Speaking about this, “Awards and entries doesn’t bother me. I am not worried about Baahubali missing the Oscar race. My focus is always on the script and making it appeal to wider section of audience. My team should end up in profits which is my aim. I never expected awards and will continue to live so” said Rajamouli during a recent media interaction. He is currently working on the script of his next film which will start rolling next year.
