Story:
Pandem Kodi 2 is the story of Raja Reddy (Raj Kiran) who dominates a bunch of villages in Kadapa. He is known for his good deeds and is backed up by his son Balu (Vishal). Threat comes in the form of Bhavani (Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar) who waits for the revenge because of a deadly past. It is during this time Balu falls in love with Charumathi (Keerthy Suresh) and the rest of Pandem Kodi 2 is all about how Balu solves all the problems. Vishal tops the show with his flawless performance throughout the film. He excelled in the action episodes and is a treat to watch. He is one of the major highlights of the film. Raj Kiran is one of the finest performers and he is a treat to watch. Keerthy Suresh did well and she has been decent. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has been stunning and she delivered out a roaring performance. All the other actors have been decent.
The story of Pandem Kodi 2 has nothing new to reveal and is completely predictable. The screenplay and the dialogues have been below par. The music is a huge disappointment and the cinematography work is a treat. The production values make Pandem Kodi 2 a grand film and the editing work has been decent. N Lingusamy fails to recreate the magic of Pandem Kodi with the sequel.
Verdict:
Pandem Kodi 2 is a massive disappointment from Vishal and his team as the film offers nothing new and interesting. The second half of Pandem Kodi 2 falls flat.
