Balakrishna reprised the role of his father NTR and Vidya Balan is the female lead. Rana Daggubati and Kalyanram Nandamuri played other pivotal roles in NTR – Mahanayakudu.

The film released across the globe on Friday and registered shocking low numbers on its first day. NTR – Mahanayakudu collected a theatrical share of Rs 65 lakhs across Telugu states which is shocking. The makers are expecting a rise in the collections over the weekend.
