Tamil actor Dhanush has been struggling to release his next romantic drama Enai Noki Paayum Thota which is directed by Gautham Menon. The shoot of the film began in 2016 and the shoot of Enai Noki Paayum Thota got wrapped up last year. After a series of delays, the film was announced for September 6th release but it was postponed in the last minute. The film’s producers K Rangarajan and P Madan (K Productions) owe Rs 17.6 crores for Baahubali makers Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni of Arka Media Works.
K Productions distributed Baahubali: The Conclusion and they acquired the Tamil rights for a record price of Rs 52 crores. Despite of the film minting massive revenues and after continuous efforts, K Productions failed to repay Rs 17.6 crores for the makers. Arka Media Works approached the court after which the release of Enai Noki Paayum Thota has been put on hold. The film will not release any time soon if the financial hurdles are not cleared. Dhanush and Gautham Menon are left in shock with the continuous delay of Enai Noki Paayum Thota.
