Though Tollywood is a big industry and has space for large number of heroines, the fact remains that most of them are either from Mumbai or Chennai or other places. The presence of Telugu girls is very minimal which is disappointing.
Now, one actress seems to be taking the baton of fighting for Telugu heroines. Her name is Chandini Chowdary who is quite famous in the short film circuit. She is now making her debut as a heroine with the film ‘Kundanapu Bomma’.
Sharing her thoughts, Chandini reportedly asked why Telugu girls are not given the due chances and opportunities when they are beautiful, talented and act well. As such, there are girls like Madhavilatha, Archana, Madhushalini so let us see if Tollywood pays attention to Chandini or not.
