Mega Prince Varun Tej raced to the top among the tire two actors of Telugu cinema. He is charging Rs 9 crores per film and he is preparing himself for a sports drama. He will be seen as a boxer in this untitled film that will start rolling next month. Kiran Korrapati is the director and the film releases during the second half of this year. Varun Tej is holding talks with Surendar Reddy for an action thriller and the film is planned to start once Varun wraps up his boxing drama.
Surendar Reddy who planned a film with Varun Tej got an opportunity to work with Prabhas soon. He is said to have kept Varun Tej’s script on hold and started working on Prabhas’ project. If things fall in place, this would be the next film of Prabhas. Dil Raju is on board as the producer and the project will roll next year. Surendar Reddy is also in talks with Allu Arjun for a film and because of these reasons, Varun’s film is scrapped.
